The purpose of the studio was to learn about the art of science of site planning. During the seven weeks, our work consisted of a succession of site analysis and feasibility studies to study the impact of different density on the site (Conventional development versus Cluster subdivision). The final design consisted of a housing development targeting young families on a 70 acres site located in Belchertown, Massachusetts.
